“Tucson, Arizona is my home and my history. I care about what happens in Arizona, in Pima County and in our Southern Arizona communities. Arizona is wonderful place to live because of our conservative values and independent spirit, and we need to protect that from today’s brand of radical leftist that seeks to turn every state into California. I’m in this fight because we need strong and effective leadership we can count on to defend our Constitutional rights and freedoms.”

The sovereignty of our nation begins with the security of our borders. Thanks to Joe Biden and now Katie Hobbs, we have no real borders anymore and every one of us is paying the price. The solutions are clear – a real border wall, no taxpayer-funded benefits for those here illegally, restoration of the Remain in Mexico policy, and a substantial upgrade in the funding and support given the US Border Patrol.
Texas is showing how to tackle the problem if the federal government refuses. Arizona can and may have to follow suit if the feds continue to open the flood gates to violent crime, fentanyl, human trafficking, and more.

Unlike so many of today’s politicians who are suddenly talking about election integrity, I’ve been active in this fight for years. As a volunteer poll watcher and election day worker, I saw first-hand how our ballot collection and tally system was failing us as voters. These failures in our system have eroded voter trust in our elections, and that is a big part of why I ran for the State Legislature; to do my part in ensuring our elections are secure, transparent, and verifiable by candidates and voters alike. We need to improve our chain of custody process, ensure only citizens get to vote, and eliminate all of the ways the left attempts to cheat the system. Election integrity must be a top priority because without fair and honest elections, our entire system of government collapses.

While the 5 C’s of Copper, Cattle, Cotton, Citrus and Climate are historically the key drivers of industry here, Arizona’s economy thrives heavily on small business activity. Stifling regulations and high taxes will strain our small businesses and our overall economy. That is why I will continue to advocate for limited government, low taxes, reduced regulation, and a pro-growth agenda that helps every Arizonan.

Plain and simple, I will protect our Second Amendment rights, 100% of the time.
And I’ll never stop working to defend and restore our Constitutional rights. Our founders gave us the tools we need to prosper, if we’re strong enough to insist on doing things the right way.

I’m pro-life, and I hope that our state and nation will continue to evolve in its current pro-life direction, because there are literally millions of moms and babies (and dads too for that matter) who are counting on us. Let’s continue to advocate for the most helpless in our society with compassion so that we can continue to change hearts and minds. As a legislator I’ll oppose any taxpayer funding for abortions or the groups that provide them. And I’ll work to help expectant parents before the birth of their child, as well as parents after their child is born.

Water is life. It is also critical to our growth and economy. This is true for everyone, everywhere, but it is especially true here in Arizona. Our water resources are limited and need to be looked after, and concerns over our long-term water supplies are often mentioned when you speak with people from a variety of industries, including agriculture, mining, housing, and a lot of our high-tech manufacturers. I will work closely with everyone involved in this issue to ensure we are pursuing long-term strategies that will protect us for decades to come.

There is a dangerous element on the far left that is trying to use our schools to target our children with a radical agenda. I won’t be bullied by the radicals or their allies in the media, and I’ll stand up and defend our kids, their personal safety, and the rights of parents to control and direct their upbringing. I’ll ensure our girls are safe in their own locker rooms, that only biological girls are allowed to compete in girls’ sports, that our school libraries are protected from sexually explicit content targeting minors, and more. Our kids are being targeted, and I’ll do everything I can to keep them safe.

While Arizona already has Term Limits, the United States Congress does not. I have long been an advocate supporting U.S. Term Limits and have been involved over a decade helping organizations like the Convention of States efforts to pass the resolution in Arizona.
I am proud to have signed the U.S. Term Limits pledge. I signed it back in 2021 and will continue to work toward keeping my word to cosponsor, vote for, and defend the resolution applying for an Article V convention for the sole purpose of enacting term limits on Congress in 2024 .
